Skillful transformation and loving acceptance

I teach Flow, Vinyasa, Fascia Yoga, Restorative and Yin Yoga in Kreuzberg/Neukölln/Alt Treptow.

By combining movement/shapes with breath you allow the whole body to stretch, strengthen, mobilise and gain mobility, affecting all body parts and systems. Simultaneously, the practice of yoga brings attention to what you feel and do in the moment. This encourages awareness of how you are and need, connecting body, mind and emotions. From there you can find your own balance, skillfully and lovingly bringing together stability and change,  flexibility and strength, concentration and relaxation, dedication and playfulness.

A dynamic yoga class in the Vinyasa Style, with slower and mindful movements and variationes. Occasionally we stay longer in poses to let them work deeper or bring small movements in to work holistically at creating space. It's all like a dance, from shape to shape, that stengthens and refines muscles, especially the deeper musculature, that keeps the fascia elastic and that is fun. For those who want to find the balance between strength and flexibility, with a dose of grace thrown in. For all levels

A slow mindful dynamic class in the vinyasa style for beginners and those who wish to deepen their practice. This style combines mindful flows and asana Variations. Occasionally we stay a little longer in poses to let them work deeper or introduce small movements in order to holistically create space. The whole is like a dance that strengthens and refines the muscles, especially the deep structural musculature, that keeps the fascia elastic and that is fun. Perfect for developing balance between strength and flexibility.

Relax and restore
This class combines yin yoga with restorative yoga and Meditation. The poses are held in the seated or laying position using support to ease into the longer holds, which bring our muscles to relax, our fascia to stretch and the nervous system to unwind. Reaching this physical quiet allows our mind, our thoughts and emotions to have room to be heard, recharges our batteries by unburdening the nervous and lymphatic system, and helps us develop introception, our sense of our inner state, which is a useful tool for preventing injuries and improving mental states.
