I taught the very first of my new yoga offering in the City and it was great. We had fun, we got into the bits that get stuck and stiff over time, we sighed deeply, caught and reclaiped our breath with some pranayama and we floated out of class. So I just know it will grow to be a wonderful class with a strong community.
