Learn simple tips and practices to help you deal with lower back pain, hip and leg tension or tightness

Practise a gentle yoga that will lengthen the back, free the hips and lengthen the legs

Understand what might cause this discomfort, whether it is sciatica, a compressed lower back, tight hips, tighs or hamstrings.

And most of all do yourself some good by adopting a practice of self-care.

 

Suitable to all levels. No experience of yoga needed.
